Mentor Training Program

We recognize the importance of furthering our own education to be an example of life long learning and increasing our ability to mentor the scholars and juniors.

We hold weekly classes for all parents. These classes are held during the school day. They are designed to create connections and instruct members on how to help their families have a Liber or Leadership Education and on how to mentor in our community. We also have book discussions on topics relevant to homeschooling, mentoring, Leadership Education, and the Well-Educated Heart philosophy.

We also recognize the need for professional mentoring training and school leadership training. We ask parents to participate in Leadership Education Mentoring Institute training during the summers when they are preparing to mentor a scholar class and if they have been elected to serve on our board.
